I just can't stop!

Ok, I just got this today as my ridiculously early Christmas present (Thanks mom and dad!!) I am in LOVE with this camera. I was up and running within 10 minutes. I will be open for business soon ; - )

Extending my design branch into Photography!

There are some amazing photographers out there, but I am tired of getting hosed every time I get pictures taken of my kids. I love how photos look when they capture a candid moment. I also love the composition and layout of photos. As a designer I am always looking at things artistically. Incorporating framing, lighting, colors, and other visual elements that can make a photo look good. So now, I'm taking it into my own hands! Very soon, I will be on the road to being a better photographer. Eventually, I hope to make it part of my freelance business. The picture above was taken by a professional photographer, and then retouched by me.

Just finished a logo for an up and coming fantasy sports website. Here is the final.
I currently have a few sets of wedding invitations pending as well as planning my daughter's 2nd birthday. I think we are going mermaids so these invites will be fun, as will the cake. I told myself before I had kids I would always make their birthday cakes, it's just too much fun not to. I'll update more when I get some new stuff going.
